Ingredients

red onions

green peppers

red pepper

head of garlic
few leaves of culantro or cilantro
Instructions
Wash all the ingredients
Peel the onion and cut into quarters
Remove seeds and cut all your peppers into quarters
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
Your salsa is ready to enjoy

This salsa is great with chips.
