Salsa Verde
This salsa will go great with anything. Mild or hot, you decide!
Equipment
- Blender
- Mixing Bowl
- Knife
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 2 large red onions
- 2 large green peppers
- large red pepper
- 1 head of garlic
- few leaves of culantro or cilantro
Instructions
- Wash all the ingredients
- Peel the onion and cut into quarters
- Remove seeds and cut all your peppers into quarters
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
- Your salsa is ready to enjoy

This salsa is great with chips.
