Ingredients
- 4 green plantains plátanos verdes
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Plantains:
- Peel the green plantains by cutting off both ends and making a lengthwise slit in the skin from end to end. Remove the skin using your fingers.
