I got my start in the restaurant business fifteen years ago. During that time I've worked in amazing restaurants with skilled chefs. However, it was time for a change. To own my own business, doing what I love: creating delicious food, made with love, to share with the world. My recipes are mostly drawn from Latin, specifically Puerto Rican food, but I love working with flavors from all over the world.
